At Oceanview Corgis we pride ourselves with the love of our pups, and we want to help them find their forever homes! Our pup applications are a short questionnaire to help us get to know potential new owners. Please make sure to answer all questions as thoroughly and honest as possible. Questionnaires are reviewed, and help us understand you and your puppy needs. Although most questions aren’t required they give us better insight to better match you with one of our puppies.
